Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations in Kenya.

4. M-Pesa & payment data

To pay out your earnings, we collect and process your M-Pesa-registered phone number through Safaricom's mobile money infrastructure or licensed payment processing partners. We do not store your M-Pesa PIN, and we never ask for it under any circumstance.

Online Hustle will never call, text, or email you asking for your M-Pesa PIN. If you receive such a request claiming to be from us, please report it immediately.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with:

Payment partners (such as Safaricom M-Pesa) to process your earnings and payouts.
Service providers who help us operate the platform, such as hosting, analytics, and customer support tools, under strict confidentiality obligations.
Legal or regulatory authorities, where required by Kenyan law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
Business transfers, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — with continued protection of your data under this policy.

6. Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to these legal retention requirements.
